Yes. Once you have purchased your logo, you will have exclusive rights to it as property. If the logo is not purchased, it will remain the property of Paper Worx NY with all Rights Reserved. Non-disclosure contracts are available for each logo design purchased. This includes any graphical work purchased from Paper Worx NY.

Paper Worx NY's specialists take extra care and devote several hours to perfecting their designs with the client's satisfaction as a priority. Simple designs would be determined once your Logo Design Survey is completed and returned to us. One of our specialist will reply with a quote based upon your requirements. This also includes designs such as icons and clipart.

Paper Worx NY focuses on helping new entrepreneurs to help themselves get started. A basic website entails the web development of a basic website. We set up your new domain name, email addresses, your website template and training for up to six months on how to mange and maintain your very own website. All web development is put in writing and agreed upon by both parties. E-commerce is done primarily the same way with the exception of product placement and photographs. All product photographs, prices and content must be provided by the client. We take special care of our clients and walk them through all necessary start-up and advanced steps in opening an E-commerce website.

After your purchase, Paper Worx NY will send you, via USPS or Federal Express mail, a full package and welcome letter that will include all hard copies and files pertaining to your order. Once you have received your invoice and made your required payment, you can expect your package to arrive shortly thereafter.

In our experience and through our extensive research, we have concluded that cost is the most important factor on a new entrepreneur's mind. In order to adjust to, and provide our cost effective services, we leave printing large jobs at the liberty of the client. We do, however, provide third-party printing through our reliable and carefully selected print shops at additional costs. All PC files are mailed or emailed to our clients in final print format. (Please note that this does not include vector files. Please email us concerning vectorizing your graphics) Your professional starter package will be effective and efficient for your start-up needs. This also allows for the client to choose a printer of their own, perhaps one closer to their hometown, at their leisure.
